I don't think I would have believed this quote 5 years ago. I behaved the opposite. I had to have all the answers. I had to solve all the problems. I had to make all the decisions.

But all that does is hold the people back limit the company value.

Instead, I should have worked really really hard to enable others do the work.

Don't be like me 5 years ago. Instead, focus on these 3 "stops" and 3 "let others":

3 things to stop doing, 3 things to let other do:

• Stop knowing everything, let other be the experts

• Stop fixing everything, let others solve problems themselves

• Stop making all the decisions, lets others make decisions and mistakes

Remember, I said simple... not easy.
