More predictability, more confidence. So how do you increase predictability?
Processes - Fancy word, but a process is just a series of steps. Draw a simple picture need be is a drawing of how you do something.
Acknowledge the gap - Unless you have no experience, you're already have some level of predictability. In golf you're already hitting a certain score regularly. In sales, you're hitting a sales number regularly. It's not where you want to be, but acknowledging there is a level of performance already is the first step to seeing the gap.
Experience - It's hard to have predictability (thus confidence) in anything if you've never done it before. So just go do it. Good thing that confidence isn't actually needed to just DO IT. That is what #ship30for30 is all about.
